Start Figure Skating Lessons
After completing Learn to Skate Classes, start exploring the art of Figure Skating. Skaters learn figure skating fundamentals, basic jumps and spins, and start competing or performing.
The Ion Development Academy is a carefully crafted program to help new figure skaters excel in the sport and have fun while doing so. With a combination of on ice instruction and off ice training, this program gets skaters oriented with figure skating.

Development Academy:
Designed for skaters who have completed all of the Learn to Skate levels or received approval from the Academy Director.
On ice:
Wed: 5:00-5:30 PM,
Sat: 11:00-11:30 PM
Off ice:
Wed: 6:10-6:40PM,
Sat: 10:15-10:45 AM
Price: $250/month
*Development Academy does not include Unlimited Freestyle/Dance Sessions.
LEARN TO FIGURE SKATE
Have you always dreamed of becoming a figure skater? The Ion Development Academy is the perfect place to start learning how to figure skate. A combination of Group Lessons, On Ice Practice Sessions, and Off Ice Training Sessions are designed to allow new figure skaters to develop new skills and prepare them for more advanced jumps and spins in the future.
