Total Body Conditioning
Variety of total body conditioning with both strength and cardio exercises, designed to change each week to target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. We utilize a mix of free weights, resistance bands, med balls, weighted bars, steps and BOSU balls.
It is suited for a beginner to a fitness fanatic - as you set your own bar for how hard you want to push yourself!
Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Students will use lightweight bands and 1-3 pound hand weights to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.
Barre has it all and will leave no muscle untouched! Intense isometric exercises using light equipment combined with fat-burning interval training and deep stretching will challenge and change your body! Barre is designed to strengthen, tone, and lift your muscles by taking them to fatigue. You’ll embrace the barre shake and love the results!
This is a fun, safe, and heart healthy exercise class for older adults or anyone looking to build muscle strength, improve range of movement, and increase cardio endurance. Instructors will get you moving with energizing, low impact choreography. You will work on balance, coordination, core and strength using light weights, small exercise balls as well as elastic bands. Chairs are used for support movements as well as seated exercises.
Is a HIIT fitness class designed to keep you moving throughout a 55-minute class in a 30-90 second interval style. You will work in groups, but the intensity level is up to you and how hard you want to push yourself. The class has a sports training feel, designed to make you sweat and burn major calories, while increasing cardiovascular levels, strength, and decreasing overall body fat percentage.
Strength emanates from the core outwards. Build heat, stamina and strengthen your core muscles so you can flow with grace and ease in your yoga practice. Be prepared to generate heat with longer holds, to work and sweat in this power session. Expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.
