TPH VIRGINIA High Performance Complete Player – Summer 2026
Train With Purpose. Develop With Intention. Compete With Confidence.
The TPH Virginia High Performance Complete Player Summer Program is built for serious travel-level hockey players who are ready to make real gains this offseason.
This is not a drop-in camp.
This is structured, progressive development designed to build stronger, faster, more confident athletes on and off the ice.
Each week combines:

1 Hour of On-Ice Skill Development (Daily, M–Th)

1 Hour of Off-Ice Sport Performance Training (Daily, M–Th)
Players train four days per week in a focused, high-energy environment that mirrors the structure and intensity of professional player development programs.
Daily Training Groups
9:00 AM — 12U & Under
For motivated youth travel players looking to build foundational skills, skating mechanics, puck control, hockey IQ, and athleticism.
10:10 AM — 14U & Older (AA/AAA Only)
High-performance training designed for competitive-level athletes preparing for AA/AAA seasons. Sessions emphasize speed, power, decision-making, compete level, and position-specific refinement.
What Makes This Program Different?
This program follows the same philosophy as our Spring High Performance training — progressive development with measurable improvement.
Players will:

✔ Increase puck control at top speed
✔ Develop game situational awareness
✔ Build strength, explosiveness, and agility
✔ Improve conditioning and injury prevention
✔ Learn how to train like elite athletes
The off-ice component is not an afterthought. It is integrated directly with on-ice development to maximize results.

That’s why we offer flexible enrollment options:
